Cutting in-house means we control every edge. CNC routing handles sheet materials and letter faces; the laser gives fine detail and polished acrylic edges. Both work straight from your artwork.

Materials we cut

Acrylic in clear, opal and colours, MDF and timber veneers, PVC foam board and aluminium composite. Tell us what you have in mind and we will recommend the right sheet and thickness.

We are based in Ballinora, Co. Cork, and regularly work in Cork city, Ballincollig, Ballinora, Bishopstown, Douglas, Carrigaline, Blarney, Glanmire, Midleton, Cobh, Kinsale, Bandon, Macroom, Mallow and Youghal. Our own team also installs anywhere else in Ireland.

Questions

Do I need vector artwork for laser cutting?

It helps, but it is not required. Our in-house designers can redraw a logo or idea as clean vector artwork ready for cutting.

Can you cut one-off pieces?

Yes. We cut one-offs as well as runs of identical parts.
